Morgan's Restaurant in Burnsville is open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. We feature a Full Bar, Dessert Menu, Private Dining, Meeting Space, Room Service, Fireplace Seating, Lounge Seating, and Large Group options. Morgan's on Nicollet and it's farm to table menu is located in the Best Western Premier Nicollet Inn in Burnsville, MN. We are located across from TJ Maxx and just south of Fairview Ridges Hospital. We open for breakfast at 6:30 Monday through Friday and serve it until 11:00am. We have complimentary wi-fi for your business meeting needs. We open for breakfast on weekends at 7am and we have extended breakfast that we serve until 2pm.

“The concept transformation from Morgan’s on Nicollet to Morgan’s Farm to Table has been very well received by the community.” states Lynch. “We have really struck a chord with our guests and their appreciation for local, honest ingredients. Our Premier Brunch Buffet is another extension of our commitment to local, sustainable and all natural farmers and producers. It was a great pleasure to hear all the raves from those who enjoyed our first brunch, and we look forward to welcoming new and existing guests this week and many more in the weeks and months to come.” Lynch concluded.

Burnsville, Minn. (September 2015) – Michael Lynch, General Manager of Morgan’s Farm to Table Restaurant, in concert with Executive Chef, Tom Toohey, announced that the restaurant will present a six course wine dinner on Thursday, September 24, 2015 at 6:30pm. Lynch and Toohey will host the dinner along with the preeminent regional representative of Ste. Michelle Estate Vineyards.
“Ste. Michelle Estate Vineyards and its sister wineries continue to prove themselves international competitors in the wine world,” says Lynch. “Chateau Ste. Michelle is Washington State’s oldest and most established winery, and continues to win awards for the world class nature of its wines. The wines showcased at this dinner are truly world class, and were created with the end user in mind. To marry them with such incredible food pairings is going to be a real treat. They’re going to remember this one!” says Lynch. “These are smart wines,” declares Toohey, “not only do they run the gamut from simple to very complex, they are also extremely affordable and accessible. Our goal is to make some new friends over some great food and wine.” The six-course meal was created by Chef Toohey and was inspired by the Ste. Michelle Estate Vineyards family of wineries.
